This wine is made from a selection of grapes from Finca O Pucha, which is owned by the bodega. Here the Albariño grape variety reaches its maximum expression owing to the quality of the soils and its perfect alignment with and exposure to the sun. After a gentle press, 55% of the must is extracted and after a painstaking cold desludging it is fermented in stainless-steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17.5º C for 10 days. When the fermentation process stops, the wine is left to settle in the vats. It is then filtered and cold stabilised before amicrobic filtration and bottling.
A limpid, vibrant wine, with an elegant lemon-yellow colour. Very intense on the nose, with persistent, quality aromas of green apples and tropical fruit such as pineapple. Long and glycerol in the mouth, persistent and with the perfect acidity to match its body, which makes this wine extremely pleasurable and full of sensations.
