The vineyard is located in the municipality of Tobarra, one of DO Jumilla’s highest and coldest regions, on the side of the valley in sandy soils heavily strewn with stones. This gives these ungrafted vines the strength to face the dry summer months without suffering excessive hydric stress. A phenomenon which helps them to reach their perfect alcoholic and phenolic ripeness, which, in turn, gives rise to fresh, well-structured wines.
Subtle earthy aromas together with floral (roses and violets) notes, ripe black berries, and wild grasses. In the mouth this refreshingly uncomplicated wine is long-flavoured, fresh, and balanced with tantalising fruity notes.
