Handmade, with a selection of the wine grape performed manually, choosing bunches of small grain, with perfectly mature chipped. The must had a prefermentative process and maceration for 10 days. The total duration of the fermentative process and maceration was 22 days. The passing thought soft toasted and extra fine grain allier frenck oak barrels, with wood chosen by our technical department, lasted 12 months, wherewinw suffered malolactic fermentation.
Decantation is recommended.
