Wild red cherry in colour, good depth and violet rim. Elegant on the nose, which becomes more intense the more the wine is left to breath. Strong presence of ripe red berries and species such as black pepper. Toasted undertones from ageing 13 months in French oak barrels. Full-bodied in the mouth, round, with smooth tannins from perfect maceration.
Excellent balance of alcohol and acidity. This brawny wine is remarkably easy to drink. A long, persistent finish owing to the intensity to which the fruity and toasted aromas reappear on the palate.
