This wine is only made in exceptional years, in fact, we have only made it once.
The grapes of this wine are selected by hand in the vineyard itself and are only obtained from the vineyard of which it is named.
Once in the winery, it is fermented and aged in French oak barrels from one of the three best coopers in the world, these barrels are exclusively toasted and are from a specific forest in France. Afterwards, it remains a minimum of 18 months in the barrel and, at least, 3 years in the bottle, thus refining its exclusive characteristics. The color is intense ruby with light tile edges, it has a good layer of color and no oxidation is observed.
It is powerful and pleasant at the same time, it leaves hints of toast and black fruit, it is long, persistent and without edges. With the glass standing it presents aromas of toasted caramel together with a powerful syrup, after shaking the glass the notes are vanilla and ripe fruit. 1 hour after the bottle is opened, the aromas of ripe fruit and syrup persist in a still glass, and the toasted vanilla reappears when shaken. of chocolate.
