The Salgadero bodega boasts a picturesque vineyard with goblet-pruned vines planted in 1930 in dry, low-yield soils. These resilient Tinta de Toro vines twist around themselves over time in a show of survivalist bravado. We cannot but help admire nature, with its unpredictable and impulsive ways. This has led us to use sustainable agriculture and eco-friendly winemaking methods. As a result of our efforts, we obtain a pervasive wine with intense aromas that fuse with subtle notes of wood. An elegant, energetic wine with good depth.
