TASTING NOTE Color: bright straw. Aroma: intense, white flowers, lemon rind, anise, fennel, lemon verbena and chamomile, hints of vanilla from its aging in the barrel. Palate: balanced on the palate, fresh, savory, with personality, unctuous and a persistent vibrant finish.
ELABORATION Coupage of selected varieties from two vineyards. Pressing and subsequent static racking for 24 hours before entering the barrel, fermentation at controlled temperature in 500-liter barrels. French oak, batonage every two weeks, aging for 5 months in 500 l barrels.
