The wine from Ponte Caballeros has a long maceration of eighteen hours, which enhances its Atlantic character. We are looking for a wine with breadth and varietal, but without ever losing freshness, a very fruity wine and with work on lees to enhance that breadth in the mouth. Likewise, it is made in 1,000-liter tanks with spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
