Viña Tixosa is the highest estate. Its vineyards are 30 years old and are at a height of 350 meters, facing southeast. Even though it is also a sandy soil like the rest of Viñas Singulares, it has a greater depth, which allows a more extensive root system. These factors, together with higher acidity, determine that it is the last harvest of the campaign.
Two phases are differentiated in the production of the singular wine from Tixosa: the beginning of the fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank and the end in French oak barrels, aged for about ten months with batonnage.
Intense yellow color is shown in its dense and glyceric movement.
On the nose it shows its fineness and aromatic persistence that ranges from white flowers, fresh fruit to the notes of laurel, eucalyptus and menthol well integrated with the aging notes.
Powerful, fresh and structured on the palate with an integrated acidity, fatty and with good texture.
